Membership
Why Join OSFA?
Because participating in a professional association gives you the opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, improve yourself professionally, and further your education. And, because OSFA is focused specifically on the needs of the State of Oregon and its fiscal employees.
Active Members
Active members are accounting, budgeting, auditing, or fiscal employees of state government in Oregon regardless of title, branch of service, or classification.
Associate Members
Associate members are any others not eligible for active membership but who are interested in the principles and practices of good state government financial management.
Student Members
Student members are any full- or part-time students of fiscal topics who are not employees of the state of Oregon.
OSFA’s “official” membership year is April 1 – March 31. Those joining at other times during the year will have a membership period of one year from the first day of the month dues are received.

Membership Fee
Our annual renewal runs from April 1 through March 31 of the following year.
$35 Active; $95 Associate; $20 Student
In addition to the membership fee there will be an additional charge per seminar.
The seminar charges are based on the length of the seminar, speaker fees, seminar materials, and whether lunch is provided.
